Blackwell Plastics founded in 1939 operated 5 extrusion lines from ¾” to 3.5”.  Our plastics extrusion group services mid-sized manufacturing companies in the energy, electronics, medical, aerospace, food and beverage, industrial and construction markets providing plastic extruded rod, plastic extruded profile and plastic extruded tubing.

Blackwell Plastics Tool Shop builds our plastic extrusion dies and downstream fixtures in house providing quick turn around and capabilities to make rapid adjustments during set up and first article approval.  Our downstream capabilities include vacuum sizing, water or air cooling, multiple cutting technologies and spooling to large or small reels. 

Blackwell Plastics Extrusion processes most commodity and engineering resins including PS, PE, PEX, PP, ABS, SAN, PC, PVC, PBT, PPS, TPO, TPU, POM, Nylon 66, Nylon 11 and many custom compounded engineering resins.  For plastics extrusions that require finishing operations, our plastics finishing department provides specialty machining and fabricating operations to deliver one stop plastics manufacturing a product finished to your specifications.
